women’s soul circle

“Today, we turn to one person to provide what an entire village once did: a sense of grounding, meaning, and continuity. At the same time, we expect our committed relationships to be romantic as well as emotionally and sexually fulfilling. Is it any wonder that so many relationships crumble under the weight of it all?⁣”⁣⁣

-Esther Perel ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

I share this quote because I have learned - first hand, how important it is for me to have my own purposeful path in life and to plug into a supportive sisterhood community. ⁣⁣⁣These two things were missing the year after becoming a parent while I was acclimating to the important role of new mother.⁣⁣⁣

I needed so much more than what my already supportive husband could give me and it’s when I worked with a good friend and fellow coach, Kari Azuma, that I realized I needed the deep nourishment from mother-to-mother, woman-to-woman connection.⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣

That is how the Women’s Soul Circle came about...
from my breakdown came my breakthrough. ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣

I am eternally grateful for the support and love of my life-partner and how he has stood by me in my transformation. ⁣ ⁣The quote above has been tested as truth in our relationship. ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣

I receive meaning, connection and celebration from my sisterhood community and not just from my husband. ⁣⁣⁣This has increased my capacity to receive more love and also meet him from a place of overflow instead of burnout. ⁣⁣⁣I feel more alive, electric and vivacious because I’m living out my WHY, my purposeful path, and I’m plugged into the most nourishing community.

⁣⁣⁣

I’m a better wife and mom because of this.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣I am also a #WomanWhoLeads
